Got my King Bee a couple weeks ago... Lovin it! I think we made the right choice on the pickups. A Lollar 5% underwound P-90 in the neck pocket and a Special-T in the bridge. Both pickups sound good on their own, I'm especially pleased with the Special T but the middle position is where the magic is... the pups seem to me to be a perfect fit for eachother. Lots of really pleasing highs and mids without being brittle at all, and lots of bite! I couldn't be happier with the build quality of the guitar, the action is nice and low and the neck has an all around great feel to me. The fit and finish is beautiful. Love it! Nice Scotty! Good to hear you're happy with your guitar & pickups. I love my Special T as well and will try the same P90 if the Charlie Christian (delivered tomorrow) doesn't work out for me. ps...nice amp and speakers back there as well..

Wow! She sure is purty! Big P90 up there in the neck position! Wow, Wow! Thanks bro! I really dig the middle position on this thing more and more every day! Everything from clean to mean sounds great. I might as well rip out the selector switch as I never use it. Just tone and volume pots!
